l        After receiving the customer’s phone call, will exchange service responding plan with the customer within 30 minutes.
l        For urgent repair, will send service engineer to the site within 4 hours after receiving the customers’ phone call.
l        For the external failure repair, it is committed to finish within 24 hours.
l        For major failure repair, try to finish within 48 hours.
